I am a full time agent who believes in communication, smooth transactions, taking care of my clients and making the process as stress free as possible. I know buying a home or selling a home can get overwhelming. I have resources to help you such as a closing attorney, lender, insurance rep and contractors you may need when selling or buying. I am with my clients from the first phone call to the closing table...yes to the closing table, I'm that agent that wants to be there until the end and hand you the keys to your new home! I spent 20 years in the fire service working in the community and with our military and I still feel I get to do that when I help someone find their next home or their forever home. I am 100% dedicated to my clients and I work hard for them and believe that is what has made me a top producer and in the top 5% of the agents in my MLS.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find an agent who listens to what your needs are and doesn't pressure to buy a home that you don't want or that is out of comfort zone with your budget. If it doesn't feel like home or that you can make it home don't buy it! Get preapproved before you start looking at houses and ask your agent who they would recommend as a lender. Lenders matter in getting an offer accepted and a transaction to closing.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Declutter, depersonalize, and clean your home before you put it on the market. Those 3 things go a long way! Have an agent come look at the house before they give you a price. We can't price a house without seeing it and then looking at the comps in the area. Ask what they will do as the listing agent to get your house sold.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home, condo, townhouse or land. I work with first time home buyers, veterans and clients locating to the area from out of state.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I've had some many great transactions and clients its hard to pick just one.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I always had an interest in real estate and started working on my license when I was getting ready to leave the fire service. I still wanted to help people and I feel I still get to do that.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Besides having my real estate license I have a background in the fire service which helped me learn a lot about residential and commercial building construction. I'm also familiar with the codes and the permitting process.
