1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Interview a couple different agents over the phone and find out what they can do to help you before you decide to work with one.....Make sure the Agent that is helping you is more concerned about what is important to you and works at your pace not theirs. Ask the Agent to show you a home and meet them BEFORE you agree to work just with them...SEE HOW THEY WORK...don't be forced to sign a contract with them immediately.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Make sure when interviewing agents to work with you that you find someone that is looking to listen to your needs about what is important to YOU and not trying to sell you on how great they are or their company is.....Look for an agent that is going to be honest with you about Value and not tell you what you want to hear just to get your listing.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First Time Home Buyers, Repeat Buyers, Estate Properties, Relocation Buyer's, Investors, People who are looking to Upsize and Downsize, people needing to sell because they are avoiding foreclosure via short sale.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I enjoy working with all my clients......everyone has different needs and goals...I love helping them reach those goals within their financial comfort zone. I am building a relationship for LIFE not just one transaction.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started working in real estate in 1998...I started my housing career in Manufactured and Modular Housing for the first 5 years...then in 2004 I expanded to regular site built real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I take training every 2 years minimum for the past 22 years. Specialized Training in Foreclosures and Short Sales, I am a Certified Distressed property Expert, Senior Citizen Specialist, Negotiation Training, Buyer Representation Training. I have worked in the housing industry FULL Time for over 22 years.
