Thats a testimony to her knowledge, and expertise on the local market. We consulted with Heather several months prior to listing to get her advice on what changes we should make to our home to get the best price. Her advice was very helpful and specific. We truly felt she had our best interest at heart, and her negotiating skills reflected that. I gave her 4/5 stars for responsiveness due to the simple fact that in this day and age of texting/emailing all on cell phones that stay on 24/7, i dont believe ANYONE can be expected to give Immediate responses all the time every time.
