I have lived in the Portland ME area for most of my life and have experience in all sorts of real estate including purchase and sale of residential, rental management (seasonal and year round), building, mobile home packages, etc. I have a Broker's license and also do real estate accounting, and handle my own real estate renovations projects with a building team.
Community Involvement
Belong to South Portland rec center and take classes, have belonged to Rotary, Sierra Club, AMC, LL Bean events, etc.
Hobbies/Interest
Hike, bike, gardening, boating, swimming, horeseback riding, boating, skiing, music performance, anything outside :)
Family
I have been single all this time, but have a nice supportive extended family in ME and other areas of the US.

FAQS
1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Become prequalified first, be flexible with hours available to view property as the market is tight. Be able to go over asking price if needed, be able to fix a few things on your own.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Put in best saleable condition possible so items don't come up on building inspection. Be willing to negotiate for quick, hasslefree closing, don't try to hold onto every last dollar. It's not worth the aggrivation.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types from multiple home owners, to people just starting out.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
They all are enjoyable and I learn something new that I can add to future transactions to make them better.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started a Century 21 and loved the training.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Tax preparer, house renovator, owned rentals and managed them, etc. Much knowledge gained over a long period of time.
