I can attest to this because Heather and her team worked diligently to sell our home in Southern Delaware County.Ours was a unique property, with 2 acres, 2, 3 car garages, and view of the Scioto River looking to the West. We had updated the home but it was hard to find a comparable property to accurately assess the value. Heather, however, did a remarkable job evaluating the comps and the property sold within about 2% of the asking price. Her choice of photographers and their photos and video, gave an accurate and complementary depiction of the property.I believe that most of her team were actually involved showing the property, and two of her associates Debbie Spenthoff and Christine Evans were instrumental, Debbie handling the open house, and Christine assuring that all parties to the sale were up to date with the offers, the inspection reports, etc.I highly recommend Heather and the Kamann Professional Group to anyone buying or selling a home.
