We discovered an attractive listing a little late. There was already considerable interest in the property. Heather understood we were serious buyers and showed us the cabin almost immediately. As soon as we toured the property and the cabin, we knew we wanted to purchase it. Heather provided great advice regarding what the bid needed to be. She immediately submitted our offer to the sellers realtor and within a few hours we had an agreement to purchase. Heather looked out for us at every step.
