ZillowVERIFIEDHeather was and still is amazing to work with. Even though we closed on our homes a month ago, she still touches base with us to make sure everything is going well with the home. When comparing working with her versus previous realtors, I am not too sure I would work with anyone else. She is very well organized and transparent when it comes to what the process is and what is expected. Those with whom she works with are also very well organized. My husband was a first-time home buyer but Heather and her team were so helpful in explaining the process to him and being patient with any questions he might have had. When we first touched base with Heather we were not planning on selling a buying for another 6-9 months. Then we found a home we loved. She went into action asking the realtor any questions we had, setting up the tour. We had to cancel our initial tour due to a very upset 5 month old. heather was very supportive and understanding to issues we had come up due to our daughter being sick or not in the best mood. The first offer we put in was accepted. We had our condo on the market about 4 days after our offer on the home was accepted and we got 6 offers on the condo within the first 2 days. Heather was excellent with explaining the different offers and how we can request changes to fit what we wanted and needed for our situation. We got well above asking and above appraisal for the condo. She worked with the other realtors well and ensured that everything went smoothly. She is very personable, helpful, very well organized, professional and truly cares about you and making sure you get the home you want and the most money on your sale.
