Heather was born and raised in a rural Nebraskan town where families are close-knit and hard working. Heather brought along her family values when she moved to historic Bellefonte, making it her home in 1999. Heather has a varied career background which includes: Veteran of the U.S. Army, Intelligence Analyst, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, she also has experience in the hospitality and retail industries. Throughout her career, Heather felt she was always drawn to helping others because of her passion to see people healthy, happy, and successful in their own lives. She brings this energy with her every day, and it is reflected in what her peers and clients say about her. By using her warm and welcoming personality comprised of Midwestern friendliness combined with Northeastern tenacity Heather advocates for her clients and works tirelessly to promote their best interests. I have been in my new house a week now and just wanted to tell everyone about the Realtor, Heather Hall, that made this possible. As a disabled veteran with many hearing and intellectual challenges as well and with the second wave of a pandemic in full throttle mode, she executed a flawless transaction for me and the seller. She was able to do this because she is a veteran also and understands that connecting as a person ? with a person - is vital to understanding the needs of her clients. She really got to know me, and we built up a nice big buffer of trust and understanding before we ever started looking at properties. When we found the property ? within hours, she laid out all the right steps, kept us way ahead all through the process and answered every question quickly, correctly, and with humor. All the crazy questions this old guy had - she answered. I can only say it was wonderful to drive 18 hours (with a cat) and pull into my new house, settle the cat, and go to bed knowing all was on-track. If you need a realtor -fight to get Heather.
