Overall good job but Heather needs to gain more experience working with lenders. Specifically VA lenders. I was more proactive in the search identifying homes that I wanted to see. Only a couple of homes were sent to my attention. Heather is seldom available on a weekend which was difficult for me working daytime hours during the week. Heather is new in Real Estate sales. With more experience she should do well.
