We had an excellent home selling experience with Trevor! It can be intimidating navigating the home selling process but after meeting with him, my wife and I felt 100% confident with our decision. Trevor has an amazing ability to determine what buyers are looking for and helped coach us preparing our home for showings to maximize the overall appeal , and dialed in the very important listing price to maximize our return while keeping us competitive with current housing trends. We went live on a Thursday and had more showings that I could count , with multiple offers for review by Sunday, pending Monday with a backup offer in place! He had a plan, and executed it with perfection while not being pushy or incentive to our family. Hes a family man with high character and a very pleasant personality. I know he has his clients best interests at heart. We look forward in working with Trevor on buying our next home and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We were really happy working with Meredith. Her knowledge of our local market was incredible. She helped us get the most money for our condo. She was always there and ready to take our call, and answer any questions we had. She was also on top of the builder of our new house holding them accountable to the price and turnover/closing date.
