Heather recently helped us find our first home (Sept 2022). We had been looking for several years but found the market to be very difficult for buyers. We had worked with another agent previously but were unimpressed and rather gloomy about our chances of ever finding a home. We met with Heather after being referred to her by our banker and were excited by her optimism. She took the time to really understand what we wanted and showed us several options she thought would be a good fit. Sure enough, the first house we went to see with her we made an offer on. We had seen the house before but had dismissed it based on the pictures. Sure enough, Heather seemed to know we were missing out and took us out for a tour. We were pleasantly surprised! After making the offer, we had a hard time getting the seller and seller's agent to accept but Heather kept working diligently to get us our home. My wife and I are convinced if it wasn't for Heather the purchase never would have gone through nor would it have gone through for a price we could be happy about. She worked to keep us motivated and worked hard to get us the house we wanted. Before we signed the offer on the house, we also took several tours, including tours to bring out various contractors. Heather was always more than willing to come out whenever we needed her, including an occasion where we needed her multiple times in one day and a time when we needed her later at night. Heather works tirelessly for her clients and really is a real estate advisor/expert aEUR" not just a salesperson like some agents. Don't bother with the rest when you can work with the best....Heather Cline that is!

My husband and I had quite the roller coaster during our home buying and selling process (we did both at the same time). Long story short, we had a home under contract with a close date, so we sold our house. The day of closing, the sellers backed out and we were back to square one, except this time, we were under a deadline to get out of our house. Heather worked tirelessly to find houses and get us into those houses quickly (some we were in the same day they were listed). I literally bothered Heather every single day for like 4 months. She was amazing the entire time; completely understanding and is definitely a go-getter! She would do anything we needed ASAP and stayed on top of the different sellers we worked with. Always followed up on outstanding items and ensured everything was handled - she killed it with negotiations between the parties. She can be firm when she needs to be.
