Heather is who you need if you are looking to buy. We had worked with another agent previously, but that person was not as encouraging or supportive as Heather. Had no idea what we were getting into while trying to buying during this crazy time, but Heather kept us from getting totally discouraged and when we thought there was no way we would get an offer accepted, she came through with a new build that was in our price range and what we were looking for.
