It was always easy to reach her, by phone call or text message, even making herself available late at night and on weekends. Whatever the question, she always had an answer for us and if she didnt, she found out. She made the process extremely simple to understand and helped us through it, every step of the way. Buying a home can be stressful and confusing but Heather helped alleviate much of it. She even negotiated on our behalf to have our closing costs paid for by the sellers. After being in our new home for a few years, an opportunity presented itself to sell it and Heather was there for us again, as a friend, to help with any questions or help we needed. She has a good heart, is confident, energetic and an all around wonderful person. If and when we sell our home and buy again, theres no doubt in my mind that well use Heather as our agent.
