Heather is the FIRST and ONLY agent you should contact. We initially picked Heather as our agent based on a recommendation from our neighbor. Heather sold their home in only 7 days after being on the market (FSBO) for 4 months. Our home had 24 years of wear and tear and needed some TLC to make it sellable. Heather was able to provide the necessary guidance and renovation specialists contacts to make this happen. The renovation on our home took about 2 months. When all was done, our home was officially on the market and sold in one day for asking price! Heather made it happen! Totally satisfied with our choice in agents. Heather is the only choice!
