Heather is the absolute greatest! I was lucky enough to meet Heather at an open house last year. I explained that my husband and I were first time home buyers and had no clue where to start. We kept in touch over the next several months until we were ready to start looking more seriously. Within 2 weeks of starting to look, Heather found us our first home well beneath our budget. She helped us put together an aggressive offer and was able to negotiate with the seller to get it accepted in 24 hours. Heather was amazing to work with! She had knowledge and experience of the local area and what buyers in the area are looking for. We listed right in the midst of the holiday season. Heather organized an open house the weekend we listed and by the following week we had a few offers all above asking price!
