Heath could not have been more helpful- always available by phone, willing to show me a variety of types of homes, allowing me the chance to narrow down what I thought I wanted to what I really needed and wanted. We are so happy with the house we purchased- and without Heath we would have become frustrated and given up!!

Heath was easy to work with and met all my expectations and then some. I explained to him my needs, where I wanted to be (close to my son), certain requirements (RV access etc), some dreams (a pool would be nice!) and that I was using my VA loan. I was impressed with his work ethics, almost daily he would call or email just to let me know he was still looking and to just check in. We started looking in May of 2014, I would say that of the homes he sent me, we made offers on 90% of them, they fit my criteria that well! I know I was very picky and stubborn on what I wanted, but the houses were all what I wanted. I don't think we ever looked at a house that wasn't what I had in mind. Unfortunately I was either outbid or some wouldn't work with VA so Heath reminded me to be patient, that the perfect house would come. Just when I thought it wasn't going to happen, 5 months into the search Heath sent me an email one Thursday morning saying the perfect house had just been listed. Let me tell you he was right, close to my son, large lot, RV access and even a pool. The very next day, Friday we looked at the house and immediately put an offer in, and it was accepted and now I own a home that more than meets any of my expectations. It was a pleasure to work with Heath and he made the overall process a lot more enjoyable than I had expected. Heath didn't make me feel like just a client, he has made me feel like family and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone including my family as well.
