Hayley McInnes is native to southern New Mexico, having grown up in the beautiful mountain areas of the village of Capitan and Ruidoso. In later years, she moved to the charming desert of Las Cruces, NM where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Biology. Shortly after obtaining her degree, she moved to the painted skies of Albuquerque where she obtained her Master's in Business Administration and began her career and passion in real estate. Shop around for lenders to get a broad overview of the options available to you. The terms as well as the interest rate matter based on your life goals and where you would like to be later on in life.

Interview your potential broker to ensure they are a good fit, with the knowledge and expertise for your property's neighborhood and market.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of buyers and sellers from all walks of life. Each buyer and seller client has different wants and goals that I make a priority to fulfill. Whether your a first time buyer or an investor that has bought and sold multiple properties, I am happy to help you get where you need to go.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently, I assisted my first time homebuyer client with purchasing a home in Santa Fe, NM. I enjoy explaining the process to my clients and assisting them with seeing the broad spectrum overview of the options available to them. The transaction was smooth and she was able to buy the home she loves.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I used to work as a microbiologist and initially decided to pursue real estate for investment purposes only. It was only a few months before I realized that real estate is my passion and I decided to pursue it full time.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I do! I have the Senior Real Estate Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Accredited Buyers Representative Designations.
