Unfortunately Hayley was a dual agent and appeared to be friends with the people buying our home. She was nice to us however, at times abrasive when it came to the others demands. Honestly, if we would have had more offers we would not have accepted her friends offer solely on the fact that it was a dual agent. I think if she was only our agent we may have had a better experience.
