I must say that Harry is an excellent realtor. As first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect. He explained the homebuying process in detail, was available when I had questions, was patient, concerned about my needs and wants, and made sure that I was well taken care of. I know that realtors work on a commission, but I can honestly say that that he was more concerned about me than his commission. In addition, he went above and beyond! However, if you ever need a realtor who actually knows the market, understands how to deal with less knowledgeable agents, understands the ability to obtain a mortgage and knows how to work with escrow, Harry Thornton is your man. When you first meet him, you may think to yourself, Great. The agent is a teenager. Yes, Harry is still in his 20s. But he is knowledgeable, diligent and really very knowledgeable when it comes to the most current real estate market trend. He has sold my daughter and son-in-laws home, helped me purchase a home and is currently helping them purchase a new property. I would recommend him any time.
