We worked with Hans and Selling Silicon Valley to purchase our home in Oakland, CA. Hans was an excellent partner throughout every step - initially helping us understand the market, terminology, what to watch out for, then working with us to hone in on the type of property we were looking for, showing us an average of 10 homes per week, and helping us submit competitive offers. His advice was spot-on throughout the process and helped us avoid homes we would have regretted.
