I contacted Hannah on Wednesday May 15, 2024 about a few houses that were off market wondering if they were sold it was late in the day. I believe it was maybe around 730 at night and I called because Zillow had prompted me to call and I wanted information so I called and I understand that when people are at home at night, theyre with their children and husbands and whomever, but this is your business be professional, when I was on the phone with her, she was doing stuff with her kids talking to her husband. I had to keep repeating myself and if it was the call, she shouldve let it go to voicemail and I can say that I'm in the face, I dont care how many kids you have. I dont care if youre married or not I dont care who you are what you do , when I'm prompted to call to get information about something that I would like to purchase a house since Ive been homeless for five years and the person that I'm talking to can really not care about what I had to say and I am a cash buyer I am looking for houses under $100,000 and I quote by her you will not be able to find a house livable under $100,000 I was shocked there were quite a few houses out there still are under the hundred thousand and very much livable so maybe her commission would not have been big enough. I'm not sure what her standards are and what she needs to sell, but I'm sorry I thought she was very unprofessional. Have not received any information from her and I just , so sad that I wasted so much time on this

I am very happy to be writing this review for Hannah Lane. With her hep, we recently purchased a Maine lake house. I don't think that we would have been able to do this without her skillful guidance. Not only did she provide us with up-to-date listings, but she also accompanied us on tours of the properties and answered all of our questions. This phase of our search, which involved travelling to many different parts of this very large state, was often done with last minute planning due to our schedules. She went out of her way to make the showings work. When we made an offer on a property, she handled each of the steps very well. We are very grateful for Hannah's assistance and are therefore very happy to recommend her.

My husband and I have always dreamt of having a lake home and Hannah is the biggest reason we reached our dream just the other day.
