I had a friend refer me to Hannah and her team, as I was in California looking for a home to purchase. I had no knowledge of the area we were looking to purchase a home. That wasnt a problem for Hannah and her team. We found homes we liked and they would go there and facetime us, send us pictures and videos. I was more than impressed, having never met her in person...yet. We flew out in November and found our dream home within 4 days. We put an offer in, and with Hannah behind us every step of the way, we got it. The process went smooth being 22 hours away. The day after the house closed escrow, we flew to our new home. Thru many texts and hours of her own personal time arranging everything, I proposed to my girlfriend in our new home. Hannah had the house cleaned, rose petals throughout the entrance and near the fireplace. She asked me to send her a few pictures of my girlfriend and I. They were blown up in frames on the mantle, with other decorations she brought from her own home. She had a balloon arrangement near the fireplace. She bought a dozen roses, had a complete cheese and cracker spread, with Champaign and beer. She had her son video us walking into our new home and capturing the surprise engagement. She also had her friend, a professional photographer capture every move as well. It was by far the most amazing moment I could have ever asked for. She went above and beyond for us, having met us one time a month prior. I will use her again and refer anyone I know looking for a house in Texas to use her.
