I would love to be able to leave a positive review, but in all honesty I simply cannot. Hannah was the first realtor who contacted me after responding to an online search. I went with her because she sounded confident and excited. She lived down the street from the property I was selling. I lived out of state and the house was one that I was the executor of; it was not my house. It was to be an "as is" sale. There were a couple of offers, but I believe only one was actually hers. She was horrible at communicating with me, ignored numerous emails, and even told me once she forgot about me. Once my contract with her had finally expired and I was ready to hire someone else, she comes in with an offer. Again, someone else's client. Long story short, she ended up "eating" some expenses due to her poor communication skills. She never notified me of a termite infestation but was charging me almost $900 for it, and she told me one price for a contractor but charged me over $200 more than what I had approved. I actually never even met her! She came to the property once when I was there, but I was on the phone so she waved and left. She said she'd come back later, but I never saw her again. I'm sure she is fine with someone local who can keep an eye on things, like actually putting a For Sale sign in the yard, but I would not recommend her as someone you can trust when living 4 hours away. She really dropped the ball as far as I'm concerned. I was severely disappointed in her lack of professionalism.

She is always smiling, very friendly and she is a very down to earth type of person . She was easy to work with.
