We sold our condo in 12 hours with Hank Wolff. 12 hours!! Hank was very professional throughout the process. We completed our entire process online because we do not live in the city where the condo is located. Hank accessed and viewed the unit, presented comparable prices for units in the area, and worked with us on setting a price for the unit. He arranged for the photographer and listing to be posted. Within 12 hours, we had multiple offers. His knowledge of the area was very helpful. His marketing strategy and "view" of our unit helped us to a quick sale.
