It didn't take me too long to figure out why he popped up first either and that was because he's the best! Him and his team alleviated all of the anxiety, stress and frustration I had been going through up to that point. I had already moved to Texas so that was a big part of the headache as well, doing all of this from down here. But Hank took over and handled the mess of a situation that I had left behind with roommates that for the most part didn't give a crap about the home that I had left for them to just simply take care of, pay rent and keep clean. This dude has integrity, knowledge and above all else a work ethic that is second to none, setting a bar of superiority. He steps up to bat and after not only using him to buy our house, we called on him to sell it as well. He doesn't just step to the plate and swing wildly until he connects for that home run, but hits one every time! His integrity is always on display and his candor is more than appreciated. The knowledge was evident as he called every step not only in time-line but also in the value of our house as we entered escrow within one day of when it actually came to pass. The price we sold our house was nailed within a few thousand of his estimation and he actually got us more than expected.
