This home buying experience was nothing short of a pleasure, Lloyd Realty made finding that perfect home not only easy but enjoyable. Emily specifically went out of her way to coordinate with my lender, my insurance company. Whatever she had to do to make it easier on me, she went back and spoke with the inspector and with the owners and basically did all the hard work for me. Even down to the small details of the home, I always thought that I was an extremely safe hands.As a sidenote, I know that Brad took a look at the house, and also had recommendations on items that needed to be corrected.
