Tonya was amazing as a realtor! She and her husband showed us six homes the first day I was in Knoxville. We were able to put in an offer on one that first day thanks to her diligence. That offer didn't work out but then she was able to put in a second offer the next day which turned out to be my dream home. The inspector she recommended found multiple problems with the roof and the foundation. Through her negotiating skills and getting together multiple contractor bids she was able to get the homeowners to replace the roof and pay for repairing the and cleaning out the foundation, a process that took weeks of work on her part. She was very responsive by text or phone call and always addressed by concerns. Anything she did not know right away, she was able to consult her relator team at the Van Edom Home Group. Even after purchasing she continues to be gracious and helpful answering all of my questions. I would never have found my forever home without her!
