We just went through a seamless, pain free closing on the sale of our home in Logan Township, NJ with Haley. We interviewed three real estate agents when we were preparing to list our home for sale. They all had the same basic marketing strategy but from different areas of NJ. Over the 23 years we've lived there, I felt like we've seen Haley's face at least once every week. We didnt start this journey with Haley, but I'm sure glad we ended it with her! We initially hired another local realtor who promised the world and did nothing; at the end of the six month contract they were proud to report that they had 36 buyers that toured our property, and alluded to the fact that the reason the house didnt sell was because of us. 36 viewings in six months? We met with Haley, and had over 36 showings the first month! My husband was ill, and it was the middle of the pandemic; nothing stopped Haley and her team from showing and marketing the house. Haley knows her stuff; at every juncture of the process her unbridled enthusiasm, wisdom, advice, and sheer positivity drove us on, even when we were upset, depressed and just didnt feel like it. Her phone calls were a welcome addition to a year that was clearly wearing on us as well as everyone else. Haleys phone calls assured us that even though it took longer than normal to sell the house, there was NO WAY that she wouldnt sell it, a very welcome thought when things were not going so well. And sell it she did!! We are grateful to Haley and her team for all of the wisdom, attention, friendship and respect that we received during the process. It wasnt easy, but thanks to Haley she managed to turn the frown into a smile and made the process much better. She is the BEST!!!!!!

Our house search took 1.5 years to complete and took place during one of the most difficult markets to purchase a home in recent history. Alysia DeStefano provided us with knowledge and a calming guidance through an emotional process. At one point in the process there was a home that my wife and I really liked but it was set up in a way that would not provide any commission for Alysia.
