Hal and his whole team did a great job selling our San Luis Obispo property. We were out of town owners of an older (1880s) property that was at best challenging to market. From the listing, staging, multiple offers and the final close of escrow, all went smoothly. Plenty of communication. Given the nature of the property, there were some snags. But Hal maneuvered through them most likely due to his length of time in the business and his knowledge of the area. We have used him before and would use his team again.
