We found a piece of land we liked so we called the agent whose name was on the sign. Hal was very helpful in answering all our questions and giving us knowledgeable timelines. I was impressed when he went to the lot and took pictures for us of the holes that were dug for septic perc tests. It clearly indicated the county had completed their tests. He has a lot of local experience and is a good communicator. I recommend Hal for any of your real estate needs.
