Hal is the agent taking care of sale of my home. He has moved ahead with everything one might want an agent to do. The sale was a "short sale', involving two lenders, and Hal has worked with both lenders to provide them with information necessary for the short sale. He's been diligent, experienced, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. The home sale has not yet closed, but the delays are on the lenders part.
