Karen Tyrrell and The Volen Group helped us find and purchase our very first home, all while living out of state. We relocated to Ponte Vedra from the Tri-State area to be closer to family, and since our physical presence was limited, Karen helped by sending pictures, attending open houses, and utilizing video chats. I was taken aback by her dedication to helping us find something we loved. Once we were ready to make an offer and begin negotiating, having limited experience or knowledge of the local marketplace, we put a lot of faith in Karens expertise, and following her advice proved to be a very wise and lucrative decision.
