Gwen is simply wonderful. She does a lot more than showing you houses. She lined up many houses at once to fit into our schedule. After our offer was accepted, she lined up all the repairs to be done before we moved in, including making appointments with repairs men and checking their work. We had a contingent offer and she synchronized all the buyers and sellers and made everything go extremely smoothly, so that we didnt have to worry about anything. Even after closing, we had some plumbing issues, and she sent in her own trusted plumber and had them repaired and even paid for it!!!! She still checks in with us to make sure everything is OK with our new home. She really cares about her customers and we really appreciate everything she did for us.
