I couldnt say enough wonderful things about Lisa. I reached out to Lisa one evening after I found a listing I instantly fell in love with. I asked if she could set up an appointment to show us the home. We werent looking at the time to buy but always kept an eye on the market and kept all the information we would need when we found something we liked. That evening Lisa set the appointment to view the home the next day after my husband and I got off work. It was love at first sight. The perfect location. The house was everything we had searched for for close to 2 years. We knew it was meant to be. Lisa prepared the offer letter for us. It was a seamless process. She helped us with finding a inspector, make our aEURoehoney do listaEUR? for the sellers, and worked around our schedules. I couldnt have asked for more. Even closing was a breeze. You hear closing on your first home is one of the most stressful things you will ever do. Well that wasnt the case for us. It was easy. Lisa helped us find the home we are now living in. We needed a place with additional room for our grandmother to live with us. She took the extra time to show us the property and then show it again to our grandmother to make sure we were all happy with the property. Lisa was very helpful in explaining all the steps of buying a home, mediating the minor repairs that were needed, recommending a great lawyer, and staying in touch with us through the entire process.

AMAZING GWEN..!!!!!! Yes, amazingaEUR|or should I just say AWESOMENESS!!?? By the luck of an impromptu phone call, inquiring about land in the area of Lake Keowee, SC, I was fortunate enough to make contact with Gwen Fowler. I was calling from out of state, about purchasing land to build a retirement home in South Carolina on Lake Keowee. This was a dream of mine to live on a lake, however I was not familiar with the area and was 700 miles away. Over the phone, Gwen was patient in listening to this person from out of state with a LONG list of crazy questions. I could tell she was taking notes and intently listening to my wants, needs and concerns. Instead of inundating my email with a barrage of unrelated property listings, I received specific properties based on our convo of my needs and wants. This was my first indication that I have a great realtor working for me. In addition, during all my communications with Gwen and my trips to South Carolina to see property, I was so impressed with her extreme detailed knowledge of the Lake Keowee area, along with her sincere answers and advice. She kept me informed of situations in the area and made sure the property areas were drama free and void of any pitfalls that I may not have been familiar with. For the next several month and after many phone calls, emails, texts and trips to South Carolina, I found and purchased a property. As I mentioned I was buying from out a state, not a very comfortable situation for a buyer spending money. However, Gwen took care of making that very stress free. Gwen was so instrumental, involved and helpful during this transaction, that I felt as if I was in SC doing this with her. The coordination by Gwen of lawyers, banks, county officials, dock permitting, septic approval, property surveying and myself was so seamless and super smooth. Also, just to note, Gwen and her husband Henry, personally went to the property that I was buying that was very over grown with brush to stake out a possible house and septic location for me in order to get my septic inspection. There were many other personal addressments and travels I called on her for, but this one selfless act in itself is a true testament of her sincere efforts to help her clients.
