Guy came to the initial interview with a comprehensive evaluation, professional presentation and a very positive proposal. His expertise and knowledge of real estate and the area in general gained us a fast sale of our house and for the asking price. It was literally on the market 3 days and we were under contract. The process from list to close was less than 6 weeks, it was an amazing experience to say the least.
