ZillowVERIFIEDGuy was great. I am very blunt and to the point and being from the Bossier area I wanted someone I did not know personally. I had try to sale by owner for 2 months before I contacted Guy he was very open and honest. Guy said the 2 months I was trying to sale my house were always the slowest 2 months in the industry across the board he even recommended that I try for one more month and then call him but said no and signed up. I really appreciated his honesty. Guy had my house sold in about 6 weeks and everything that he could control went smooth. The only reason I did not give him 5 stars on NEGOTIATION is because he works for you the customer so he is only as good as his clients will let him be.
