As a first-time home buyer it can be an overwhelming experience not knowing what youre getting into and he was great about explaining what to always look for anytime youre in a home for the first time. He will quickly point out anything to look for and explain all of the steps thoroughly in a way that you understand. We looked and we looked and he was so patient, to him its not about the money, its about finding a house to make your future home and fit your needs. Most importantly, he is brutally honest. Once i contacted Gus I assumed the process would take several months for anyone to even start looking at the house, but to my surprise the process was so speedy that it caught me unready.
