Gustavo and Jenni were great.They went all over town to show us every home we were remotely interested in. Pointing out craftsmanship work on home letting us know what was personally done vs by the owner. And validating every detail that they find.And even pointing out the negative things we missed that turned us off to a few homes. Like the proximity of the CV landfill and semi truck DMV training facility.Wouldn't want the occasional smells of a landfill and diesel engines all day long.Truly not out their to just make a commission. They work to make sure we get the right home for us.And they have a good list of craftsman/contractors that they have recommend to us for various work needed.

I join the other reviewers in HIGHLY recommending Gustavo and Jenni. We moved to the San Diego area from NY in January '19 and didn't know a soul. We also had no understanding of the housing market here since it is very different from where we come from. Gustavo and Jenni offered to meet with me with absolutely no commitment on my part so that I could pick their brains a bit about what it takes to buy a home in the area. They spent two hours with me. At the end of two hours not only did I feel much more informed; I felt like I just made two new friends. If you chose to work with them, you'll see what I mean. They genuinely care about their clients. Even though we were looking for modestly priced housing, Gustavo and Jenni treated us like the most important clients in the world. They went out of their way to show us properties on our schedule and handled all the "heavy-lifting" of negotiating a deal for us. Once our offer was accepted, their team flawlessly guided us through the escrow process. They were never too busy, too big, too whatever to stop and help us. They know their stuff and they are just really, really good people. Icing on the cake: The day we closed on our beautiful new home, Jenni came over and helped me clean because the cleaners that were hired didn't do the job to her high standards. Bottom line: You don't clean someone's bathroom if you don't care about that someone. I give them 100 stars.

We had the pleasure of working with Jenni and Gustavo when we purchased our dream home in Poway recently. It is no small feat to find a home and actually get an offer accepted in this market but Jenni and Gustavo never gave up. They always responded quickly and showed up full of energy and optimism. They are extremely professional and have a high level of integrity which is why I think other realtors wanted to work with them as well. When we did find our home; they moved quickly and negotiated skillfully on our behalf. They were able to recommend great inspectors ( home/pool) and get them to inspect within the week. The inspector found issues but Jenni and Gustavo worked through everything to help us get credits and also to get good contractors in to tell us how much things would cost to repair/replace so we knew what we were getting in to. This was a complex negotiation and rent back/seller in possession situation but it was never an issue with this dynamic duo! They knew how to get the deal done and even after the sale went through they followed up and helped us. We cannot say enough good things about Jenni and Gustavo and they make everything more Fun!
