I was a buyer and right now it is just plain crazy to be one. I bought my house "Sight on Seen" thanks to Gus. My work schedule made it impossible to see new listings that popped on Monday because they would be sold by Saturday. I have a loan but when I did the offer we removed the appraisal question so it made me equal to a cash buyer. Gus was huge in knowing the homes in the area and I knew I would have the money if needed but very confident thanks to Gus my offer was just right and it was. I was very satisfied.
