I remember early on in decideing which realtor to go with Gus talked a lot about ten marketing he and his firm would do. Being in a hot market I didnt put much value you in that. But with a house sale, there can be unexpected ups and downs and it was his marketing pushes that got the job done. He communicates well and stayed consistent.
