We met Gretchen on a Sunday on VERY short notice. We could tell right away she was a nice person and easy to talk to. She worked with us on trying to purchase the house she showed us that day. But ultimately it didn't work out. A bidding war started and went WAY above asking price so we just bowed out. Gretchen stayed in contact and continued to send us listing of properties she felt might meet our desires. We had also been searching and found a house which we forwarded to her. She had us a walk through of the property in no time. We fell in love with the house. But there were some challenges if we were to get the home. Gretchen was awesome. Initially her contact was quite good, but hasn't had any contact at all in last 2 weeks or so - stopped sending us any listings. We are actively looking for property in Arizona for relocation there this year for retirement. we will be coming down to Arizona to actually look at properties that we found on internet. Our travel down to Arizona has been held up due to road closures with landslides and extreme weather since mid Nov. 2016. We will be traveling by RV, coming from Northern Calif.
