I didn't know Gretchen personally, but knew that she had done very well for an exacting, detail -oriented acquaintance. From the first time we met at the property to the closing, Gretchen stayed in close contact. She provided us with to-do lists and timelines, and followed up with us on these. Her advice was always spot on, her research was impeccable. She was incredibly transparent about the process of selling a house. She listed our property on June 30; we had four offers with the first four days and closed on July 27. We could not have been more satisfied. We are certain that both the buyer and us got the best possible deal and that is wholly because of Gretchen's know-how. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone in the market to sell or buy a property.
