We bought new construction so there was a lot of back and forth with the builder. Gretchen was responsive and helpful in keeping us up to date with what was going on. On the sell side, Gretchen helped us get our house ready for sale and moved the process along quickly. Her stage team and photographer were great to work with too. She was also sensitive to the fact that we have two elementary aged children and made every effort to include them in the process. I highly recommend Gretchen.
