ZillowVERIFIEDGretchen went above and beyond all expectations to help me sell my sisters home. Being an out of state resident myself, She was in constant contact with me at all times regarding the sale of the home. Gretchen informed me of all showings, offers, documents etc that involved the sale. House went on the market Monday and we accepted an offer by Wednesday of the same week for more money then we originally asked for! Everything moved quickly and smoothly and was perfect! Gretchen was recommended highly by my probate attorney and said if you need something done right and quickly that Gretchen was the one to do it and she was right!! Gretchen even contacted me regarding the sale while she was on vacation watching her daughter play softball in another state. She didnt hesitate to reach out to inform me of what was happening to keep me in the loop. She even came up and cleaned up the yard and house to show it and take pictures due to me residing 4 states away and unable to get there.
