We are Gretchen Hughes, Tony Banducci, and Boomer (a Boston terrier mix). Together, we are a full service real estate team who work with home buyers and sellers in the Bay Area. Absolutely the best!! I first heard about Gretchen and Tony of Hughes Realty when they were recommended to my daughter. They helped her get the perfect home for her and I was very impressed with how they work. Once I decided to sell my home and buy in Benicia I went right to them. We looked for months and they reassured me that we would find my perfect home. They were in no rush for me to just accept something. It took almost a year but they stayed with me and I am now in my perfect place. Ive worked with many agents over the years, some good and some not so good. I am posting this on my mom?s behalf who worked directly win Hughes Realty. My name is Raquel. I am thankful for Hughes Realty for helping me sell my home in a matter of weeks! I?m so happy with all their help and guidance during such a stressful time of selling and buying a property. Prior to finding them I had a real estate agent to sell my home, but that agent wasn?t the right fit. Luckily I was able to find Hughes Realty to help me! As soon as my house was sold they were very patient in helping me find my dream house since to be fair I am a very picky buyer. I wanted a one story level home and overall a home that I would be in until retirement. I didn?t want to move again!
