Greg prepared a thorough market analysis of the home before suggesting the sale price. His strategy to set a price visible to the most buyers, helped lead to a contract 5 days after listing. Greg explained, in detail, all the terms of the contract in language I easily understood. Greg's many connections to varied professionals made minor home adjustments easy. He also negotiated well with the buyers about moving the closing date to suit my needs. In fact, Greg always put my needs first. My comfort level was a priority. When I needed to tend to a family illness, Greg had no qualms about adjusting the date for the open house. The photographers Greg works with, did an awesome job. We had about 11 showings, not counting the approximately 15 groups who came to the open house. This home sale was the least stressful sale I've ever had. Greg's knowledge of homes, their construction, potential problems, and longevity of materials is so thorough, that I've chosen him to help me purchase a home as well. Most of all, Greg is a 100% honest and virtuous man.

I first connected with Greg through a Zillow inquiry into a house. Greg responded quickly and answered all of my initial questions patiently. We eventually decided to use him as a realtor and he showed us several houses during our search. Greg was always responsive via text, phone, or email, and I always knew I could get questions answered or issues addressed. Greg is very knowledgeable about both the home buying process as well as things to look out for when visiting homes. He pointed out a number of possible issues along the way that we would not have known about. Through it all, Greg was pleasant, cordial, and helped make the process light hearted. We just closed on a house a week or so ago and while there were a few small bumps with paperwork and little details, we closed and could not be happier with the home Greg helped us obtain. It's safe to say, we can't imagine having gone through the home buying process (from showings to closing) without Greg's guidance and expertise. We most likely wouldn't be living in the home we are now without him. We feel like the won the lottery being able to work with him.
