We had a complicated real-estate package, in that we owned a 3-house family compound to accommodate aging parents and college-aged kids. When it was finally time to down-size and move-on, the house was so large that it proved difficult to sell. Gregg managed to find a family with a similar "sandwich generation" housing need and helped us through the complicated maze of a carry-back mortgage to ensure that they could move in while they worked on selling another property out of town. It worked out well for all of us, giving us an additional small monthly income while the other family worked through their own complicated move. We would not have even considered that option, but Gregg showed us how it could work in our favor, and indeed, we were finally allowed the opportunity to move-on.
