I have been meaning to write up a review for Gregg. I was referred to Gregg, by my sister, who was considering selling her home. She seemed to have a positive experience, even though they ultimately ended up deciding to keep their home. I was 33 at the time and hoping to purchase my first home. This was near October of 2020. I reached out to Gregg and explained exactly what I was looking for and how I was hoping for assistance through this process. Everything was very new to me. Gregg has been in the business for a while, and seemed to have someone for everything. He had a contact for a loan officer that was excellent. He helped me find the right person for the home inspection. The best part about the experience, was that he was extremely patient. I reached out near early October. Gregg was very interactive through the entire time I worked with him. What I was looking for, wasnt exactly something you can find in a week or two. He asked periodically, if I had any homes I was interested in, as I was searching closely as well. As we were both searching, nothing seemed to come up right away. Finally, come late March of 2021, Gregg mentioned a home that he thought fit well for my situation. I quickly went to take a look at it, and it checked off every single box. It needed some minor cosmetic work, but the structure was very solid. The inspection came out great. The point is, Gregg worked with me for about half a year, and didnt pressure me at all. He found a home that he really thought fit well and convinced me it was the right one. Turns out, it was. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Gregg as a realtor to anyone.
