About Greg Nelson

"About Me" may be a bit of a misnomer since everything I do for my clients is "About You." You won't find me to be a "one and done" broker. My service to you doesn't end when the transaction is completed, which is why just about all of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients. I think it's important that you know some of the highlights of my life, both professionally and personally, if you're considering becoming a client. Professionally speaking, my career in real estate began over a decade ago when I started working for a large management consulting firm specializing in real estate. My time there solidified my desire to make real estate my chosen profession, which ultimately led me to become the Founder of Seasound Homes. My track record will tell you a bit about my commitment to my business. Because of my desire to be the best I can be, in 2020, I ranked in the top 5% of all licensed agents in the U.S. and was the top solo agent in terms of volume at my firm.
