I had a very unique home. I LEGALLY built another house next to it and connected the two with a common entryway. Most would call it an in-law but Brockton doesnt allow in-laws. The first realtor showed up and never got out of his car. He said he didnt want to get involved. I told him it was legit. He said aEURoe Thanks but I'm not interested aEURoe Then I got a cold call from Greg Murphys office asking if I was interested in selling my home. I actually am interested and a meeting was set up. When Greg pulled into my driveway, I asked if he wanted to back out. His reply told me that he was on the ball. He said aEURoe of course not. I dont know how you were able to build this but I know its legal. I already went to City Hall and pulled the permits.aEUR?Gregs attention to detail showed throughout the entire process. When a friend of mine whos a captain at the Brockton Fire Department told me that home inspections are running over a month from the initial call to make the appointment. I knew I had a closing date of 3 weeks. I immediately called Greg to tell him what my friend said about getting a home inspection prior to your closing. He said aEURoe I made the appointment 3 weeks ago. The fire department will be here on Thursday. Its Tuesday. Its little things like this that can delay a closing. Everything on Gregs end was smooth and professional. I wish I could say the same for the buyer. ( another story for another day ) I also noticed that Greg had a great relationship with the others that are needed for a sale to happen. The appraiser, the home inspectors, he even knew the 2 fire department people that showed up for the inspection. All in all Greg is a serious professional in his craft. He knows all the details needed to make a sale happen. Also, he has a great personality and hes a dedicated family man. I'm proud to say that he not only sold my house for the price I wanted, he also became my friend in the process.

We chose Greg after he quickly sold my neighbor's house. I told her that my criteria was that I wanted someone who would LISTEN to what I was looking for; someone who would RESPOND to my inquiries; and someone who would RESPECT my time. She highly recommended Greg, and it he really knocked it out of the park for us. He worked with us on selling our home, advising us on updates to make and helping us resource those changes. Even his recommendations for contractors was spot-on. They were lovely people who worked hard and I'd use them again. Most importantly, though, we had a clear vision of what our dream home would be. We culled listings, dragging Greg all over the place, looking at many homes (during the pandemic!) and all the while he was telling us he KNEW a PERFECT house for us. We weren't sure, but when we saw the house HE selected, it was like the heavens opened up for us. He knew what we wanted more than we did! He sold our house and got us into the house of our dreams. We would never have found this home without Greg. He is a really great realtor, and an absolute delight as a person. I could not recommend him enough.
